Bella’s Custom Apparel is operated by Spectra Imaging DBA Bella’s Custom Apparel. This policy describes information handled through bellasapparel.com and related order communications.
Information you provide
We collect the information you submit when placing an order or requesting a design quote, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address when applicable, apparel choices, sizes, colors, quantities, designs, order notes, and uploaded artwork or photos. Please do not include card details or other sensitive information in notes, artwork, or contact forms.
How information is used
We use this information to prepare quotes, produce and fulfill orders, arrange shipping or local pickup, communicate with you, provide support, process payments and refunds, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
Payment information
Payments are handled by our payment service provider under its own privacy policy. We use order details, payment status, and transaction identifiers to reconcile and fulfill orders. Payment-provider details will be confirmed before the new checkout is launched.
Forms, order records, and service providers
Design requests, including uploaded files, are sent through FormSubmit to our business email. Paid-order notifications also pass through FormSubmit. Order details are stored in the website’s database. Hosting and database infrastructure is provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Relevant information is handled by these providers, our email provider, our payment service provider, and shipping carriers as needed to operate the website, communicate, process payments, and fulfill orders. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Cookies, browser storage, and technical information
Checkout uses a necessary session cookie, bella_checkout, with a one-day lifetime to associate payment activity with an order. Temporary session storage in your browser holds checkout draft details and a pending payment identifier so checkout can resume after payment; the checkout code clears these entries after successful payment. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and their own cookies for operation and security. The current website source does not include an advertising tracker or an analytics tracking script.
Retention and your requests
We retain order and communication records as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain accounting and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
Security and children
We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure. The website is intended for customers able to place purchases and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.
Updates
We may update this policy when our website or practices change. In particular, this policy will need to reflect any future change in the payment processor before that integration is made live.
